Biography: Angie Kinney
Angie is a passionate and engaging spokesperson for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and mother of two beautiful daughters with Cystic Fibrosis- Rachel (23) and Megan (19). Angie's legacy has been her ability to engage and empower others to explore how they can be extraordinary in the face of a relentless disease, and how every supporter plays a critical role in making CF stand for Cure Found.
Angie lives in Pennsylvania where she runs a career marketing firm, servicing clients across the nation with professional resumes, profiles, bios, interview preparation, and career development strategy. She serves on the W. PA Board of Directors for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. She has chaired and lead numerous events, walks, and priority initiatives for the Foundation over the last 2 decades and currently chairs the PA State Advocacy Campaign as well as the Partners in Progress Annual Funds Campaign.
Her ability to create a vision for her audiences and to give them ownership and stockholder status in her dream is infectious and successful, and has led to her national appointments with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as National Volunteer Leadership Co-Chair for 2 years, and currently as a member of the National Volunteer Leadership Council. Her latest appointment as National Volunteer Engagement Chair allows her to spread her passion for involvement with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation across the country as she shares her dream of a future full of potential and possibilities for her daughters and all those who wait for a cure for Cystic Fibrosis.
